Ford Ironman World Championship 82 days to go...

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. October 8th 2011. I will be there starting the 2.4 mile swim, then doing the 112 mile bike ride and finish with the 26.2 mile run. It´s 82 days or 11 training weeks to go tomorrow. I have now had 2 weeks of vacation and almost no training. Week 29 will be the first "light" training week after Ironman Austria. Then I have 10 more weeks to prepare before the takeoff from Gardermoen. 
My goal for Hawaii is to do a good race and then secondly finish below 10 hours. My agegroup is 35-39 and last year 10 hours would mean top 100 in my agegroup of total 230. This is my second Ironman and my first Hawaii. I think I need more experience before I can have higher goals.
I will write a summary of every training week from week 29 until week 39. I will be happy for any advices that could help my doing a good result in Hawaii.
